We had a server crash the other day so we setup a new Windows server on the same box with a different host name Server02 instead of Server01 (old name). The data is not affected by the crash so all I did is reconfigure Domino on that server, changed the hostname in the server document Basics tab and Ports - Notes Network Ports tab to the new name. After this change, users can't send scanned document by email from a network printer/scanner. It comes up with this error message:
SMTP Server [1D98:0008-02D4] Attempt to relay mail from XXXX rejected for policy reasons. Relays from host denied in your configuration.
SMTP Server: Relay attempt failed By: XXXX From: <XXXX@xyz.com> To: <myemail.xyz.com>
Nothing changed on the Domino Configuration document and the printer/scanner settings.
Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks, Sidi
